Nosebleeds Bleeding from the nose, often caused by dry air or trauma. Bleeding from one or both nostrils. Physical examination. Nasal packing, cauterization, addressing underlying cause. Keep nasal passages moist, avoid trauma, use a humidifier.
Nasal Polyps Non-cancerous growths in the nasal passages or sinuses. Nasal congestion, loss of smell, sinus infections. Nasal endoscopy, imaging studies. Corticosteroids, surgery if severe. Regular monitoring, use of nasal sprays to prevent recurrence.
